This site is for information and promotional purposes. By using it you accept these terms. Content may be updated at any time.

The guide is purchased exclusively within the app, through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. We do not handle payment data on the site.

What you can buy

Single tour: permanently unlocks the places and audio of that tour on your GoDot account.

City Pass: unlocks every place and every tour in a city for 7, 30 or 90 days from the moment of purchase. It does not renew automatically: nothing is charged when it expires and you can buy a new one whenever you like. When it expires, audio for the paid places is locked again; your saved places and purchased tours stay on your account.

Some places are free and can always be listened to.

Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your store's currency, VAT included.

Payments: Purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play, which handle the payment and issue the receipt. We never receive or store your card details. Purchases are linked to your GoDot account: sign in with the same account to find them on another device, also with the "Restore purchase" button.

Right of withdrawal: Tours and City Passes are digital content supplied immediately after payment. By buying them you ask for access to start right away and acknowledge that, once supply has begun, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code).

Refunds: Since the payment is handled by the store, refund requests follow Apple's or Google's rules:

iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com;

Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Budget and history.

If something you bought doesn't work, write to us from the app (Settings → Help → Contact us) or at support@godotguide.com: we'll help you fix it. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.

Text, images, trademarks and content on the site belong to GoDot or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.

The site is provided "as is". While we take care with its content, we do not guarantee the absence of errors or the absolute accuracy of the historical and tourist information.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court where the owner resides.
